Powerchina Dinghao (Beijing) International Insurance Brokers Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "the Company") is a subsidiary of PowerChina Construction Group Corporation (hereinafter referred to as "PowerChina"), a Fortune 500 company, and is the only platform of PowerChina with the national insurance brokerage qualifications for business operations. In accordance with the requirements of the State-owned Assets Supervision and Administration Commission of China for the comprehensive risk management of central enterprises and the full implementation of the development strategy of centralised management of commercial insurance and the integration of the Group's advantageous resources, the Company was established in May 2022 by the joint investment of PowerChina Construction Limited and PowerChina Leasing Co., Ltd., with a registered capital of 50 million yuan.
The business scope of the Company covers direct insurance brokerage, reinsurance brokerage, claims and risk management services, etc. With the advantages of intensive and professional management for various types of commercial insurance such as construction insurance, property insurance, personal insurance, liability insurance, and motor vehicle insurance, guarantee insurance as well as employees’ insurance, the Company is able to provide customers with integrated insurance services for the entire process, including insurance design, procurement, policy issuance, claims, risk management, and training.
